Professional Bio

Andy Jackson is the founding partner of Jackson Law Group. His legal experience is vast, having consulted with over 7,500 prospective clients since 2006 and having managed a 5-10 attorney law firm with multiple practice areas. Today, the law firm is boutique and focused. Andy’s skill-set and expertise is Tax Law & IRS Defense and Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning. Andy holds a post-doctoral Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees in Taxation.

Andy is one of six children and was born and raised in Raleigh, NC. He is 6’7” and played college basketball. At Hampden-Sydney College, his basketball team reached the NCAA Final Four and finished with a combined record of 101 wins and 17 losses. His personal and student-athlete background has instilled in him a ‘will to win’ mindset with perseverance and grit.

After college, Andy was a Featured Basketball Player on the Warner Brothers TV show “One Tree Hill.” In Season 2, the basketball drama was removed from the series, and Andy decided to move to Florida to pursue his legal education at Florida Coastal School of Law. After law school and passing the Bar Exam, Andy continued his legal education and received his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Tax at the University of Florida where he met his wife, Dilyn.

Andy and Dilyn live in St. Augustine Beach with their two children – daughter Jordan and son Graham. He is an active member of the community and enjoys sports, fishing, and spending time with his family.
